The Emission Prospectus of J.W. Construction Holding S.A., approved on 9th May 2007 by the Financial Supervision Commission has been published on 10th May 2007. The public offer of the shares is scheduled in the period 17th May up to 29th May 2007.

J.W. Construction Holding S.A., the largest housing developer company in Poland achieved consolidated net profit in amount of 132 million PLN last year (11.27 million PLN in 2005) generating the highest growth rate in the history of the Company.
J.W. Construction submitted Emission Prospectus
On 1st of May 2007 J.W. Construction Holding S.A. submitted the Emission Prospectus to the Financial Supervision Commission. The public shares emission is scheduled in 2nd quarter 2007. The Company expect to get several hundred million PLN from the offer.
