The “Family on Its Own” program provides for subsidized home loans as regards apartments whose price per square meter does not exceed the maximum amount defined for a particular region.

On 31 October 2008, the Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. announced withdrawal of its financial forecasts for the year 2008 due to a radical change in the lending policies of banks.
Loan without a deposit available in the sector of popular apartments
Despite the banks’ requirement obliging home buyers to put down a high deposit, they can still obtain a mortgage loan for 100% of the new apartment’s value.
