J.W. Construction Holding S.A. has informed that it is going to issue convertible bonds at the maximum amount of PLN 120 million.

After the first three quarters of 2009, J.W. Construction Holding S.A., Poland’s largest housing developer, presents good financial results.

J.W. Construction Holding S.A. saw solid results of operations in the six months ended 30 June 2009. Despite a slight fall in revenues, the Company reported a 41 per cent rise in its net profit and a nearly 38 per cent rise in its operating profit compare

JWCH achieved good results after four quarters of 2008. The Company generated sales revenues of PLN 741 million, operating profit of PLN 137.7 million and net profit of PLN 100.3 million.

The Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości has increased the amount of the investment credit for J.W. Construction Holding S.A. up to PLN 50 million. The sum is intended for the construction of a housing estate in the Wawer district in Warsaw.
