Mr. Robert Wójcik – Vice-President of Management
He has been performing the function of the Vice-President since 2008. Since 2007, he has also been the President of JW Projekt Sp. z o.o., a design company span off from J.W. Construction Holding S.A. His professional links with J.W. Construction Holding S.A. date back to 2002. Mr. Wójcik has received university education in Civil Engineering Constructions. He graduated with M.Sc. degree from the Civil Engineering Faculty of Kielce University of Technology (Politechnika Świętokrzyska) and completed post-graduate study at the Management and Marketing Faculty at the University of Management and Marketing (Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Marketingu) in Warsaw.

Ms. Barbara Czyż – Vice-President of Management
She has been performing the function of the Vice-President since 2008. Assigned to the position of the Member of Management in 2003. Ms. Barbara Czyż has been graduated from Agricultural - Technical Academy in Olsztyn, completed Pedagogical Study in Olsztyn, Study for the candidates for the members of Supervisory Boards at the Foundation for Capital Market Development and Property Transformations in Warsaw, post-graduated studies in the Warsaw University of Technology in the scope of real estates valuation and training course in the scope of real estate administrator. Ms. Barbara Czyż is the holder of real estate administrator license.

Ms. Irmina Łopuszyńska - The Member of Management, Chief Accountant
Assigned to these positions in June 2006. Obtained BA degree in Higher School of Management - The Polish Open University – in the scope of Management and Business and specialized in the scope of Finance Management. Furthermore completed the course “International Accounting Standards towards the new Accounting Act”, training course for the candidates for chief accountants, training course in the scope of accounting principles, financial and accounting service for the companies and tax system.

Ms. Bożena Regina Malinowska - The Member of Management, Director of Contracts and Settlements Department
Ms. Bożena Regina Malinowska obtained master degree in economy in the scope of Organization and Economics of the Enterprises and master degree in economy in the scope of Enterprise Management in Higher School of Economics in Warsaw.

Mr. Wojciech Rajchert - The Member of Management, Director Plenipotentiary in Investment Realization Division
Assigned to the position of the Director Plenipotentiary in Investment Realization Division in 2004 and in 2006 to the position of the Member of Management. Obtained master degree in civil engineering specialised in the scope of construction and engineering structures in Białystok University of Technology. In 2003 obtained unlimited building licence.

Ms. Grażyna Maria Szafarowska - The Member of Management, Chief Economist
Assigned to the position of the Chief Economist in 2004 and in 2005 to the position of the Member of Management. Obtained master degree in the Faculty of Chemical Industry Engineering and Economics in Economy Academy in Wrocław.

Józef Kazimierz Wojciechowski - Chairman
Mr. Wojciechowski is the owner and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. He is also the President of the Management Board of WB Holding S.A., EHT S.A. and Famhold S.A. He ran a company in the developer & construction sector in the U.S. for 14 years. He graduated from the Higher School of Economics in Sopot, Florida Real Estate Academy and State Construction College Florida.
Except for that Mr. Józef Wojciechowski is a cousin of Mr. Roman Kobyliński (on the Supervisory Board since 2007), no other family relations exist between Mr. Józef Wojciechowski and any other Members of the Supervisory or Management Board.

Roman Kobyliński – Member
Mr. Kobyliński joined the Supervisory Board as a Member in 2007. He has a Ph.D. from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), Agricultural Economics Faculty. He is the author of 110 scientific publications and expert opinions.

Henryk Pietraszkiewicz - Member
On the Supervisory Board since 2007. He is a graduate from the Central School of Planning and Statistics (SGPiS), Manufacturing Economics Faculty, and the Post-Graduate Banking School at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). In 1992, he passed the examination for members of supervisory boards. He completed various training courses in Poland and abroad in the area of human resources management, bank organization and management, corporate governance, tax law and commercial companies law.

Jacek Władysław Obłękowski - Member
On the Supervisory Board since 2007. He graduated from the Higher School of Pedagogy in Olsztyn. He completed a course at Pitman School of English in London, a stockbroker training course and training courses at St. Johns School and Newman School at Cambridge University. Since 1998, he has participated at BAI conferences in USA.

Józel Oleksy – Member
Mr. Oleksy has been a Member of the Supervisory Board since 2008. He graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Main School of Planning and Statistics, ”SGPiS” (at present, Warsaw School of Economics, ”SGH”). He studied at the European Faculty of Comparative Law in France and Italy. He obtained a Ph.D. in Economics. Functions performed previously by Mr. Oleksy include: Deputy to the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, Speaker of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, President of the Council of Ministers, Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration.
