Mr. Robert Wójcik – Vice-President of Management
He has been performing the function of the Vice-President since 2008. Since 2007, he has also been the President of JW Projekt Sp. z o.o., a design company span off from J.W. Construction Holding S.A. His professional links with J.W. Construction Holding S.A. date back to 2002. Mr. Wójcik has received university education in Civil Engineering Constructions. He graduated with M.Sc. degree from the Civil Engineering Faculty of Kielce University of Technology (Politechnika Świętokrzyska) and completed post-graduate study at the Management and Marketing Faculty at the University of Management and Marketing (Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Marketingu) in Warsaw.
Mr. Wojciech Rajchert - The Member of Management
Assigned to the position of the Director Plenipotentiary in Investment Realization Division in 2004 and in 2006 to the position of the Member of Management. Obtained master degree in civil engineering specialised in the scope of construction and engineering structures in Białystok University of Technology. In 2003 obtained unlimited building licence.
Mr. Piotr Ciszewski - The Member of Management
He has held the position of a Member of the Management Board since 2009. Mr. Ciszewski is the General Counsel, Legal Services Department Director and HR and Training Department Director in J.W. Construction. Apart from the Company, he also runs his own legal advisor’s office - Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Piotr Ciszewski, he is a partner in the patent law office Ciszewski & Kurcman Kancelaria Patentowa s.c., a Member of the Management Board and Spokesman for KSP POLONIA WARSZAWA S.S.A. football sports club with its seat in Warsaw, and a Member of the Management Board of the Polish-German Lawyers’ Association. He has gained his professional experience in the Polish Anti-Doping Commission, Clifford Chance, Punder Vollhardt Weber Axter, Boesebeck Droste. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
Mr. Tomasz Panabażys - The Member of Management
He has held the position of a Member of the Management Board since 2009. Since 1997, employed by J.W. Construction Spółka z o.o. From 1999 to 2003, a Member of the Management Board. From 1999 to 2004, the Logistics Director in J.W. Construction Holding S.A. From 2004 to 2006, the Materials Director in J.W. Construction Holding S.A. From 2004 to 2006, the President of the Management Board of Klub Sportowy Omega Warszawa sports club. From 2002 to 2006, the Liquidator of Abimel Trading Sp. z o.o. From February 2006 to October 2007, a Member of the Management Board and the Customer Service Division Head in J.W. Construction Holding S.A. In 2008, the Managing Director of Reescon Sp. z o.o. Since April 2008 he has been conducting business activity in the scope of business consultancy. He graduated with Master’s degree from the Private School of Business and Administration (Prywatna Szkoła Businessu i Administracji) in Warsaw. In 2006, he completed Executive MBA course in the Wielkopolska Business School at Poznan University of Economics.
Marek Samarcew-Member of the Management Board
He has been holding the position of the Director of the Real Estate Management Department since August 2009. In 2010, he became a Member of the Management Board. Mr. Samarcew has a university education. He graduated from the Officers’ College of Armoured Troops, Academy of General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces, Academy of General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. He also completed the Course for Supervisory Board Members in the State Treasury Companies at the Ministry of Treasury.
