Mr. Tomasz Panabażys - Vice-President of Management
He has held the position of a Member of the Management Board since 2009. Since 1997, employed by J.W. Construction Spółka z o.o. From 1999 to 2003, a Member of the Management Board. From 1999 to 2004, the Logistics Director in J.W. Construction Holding S.A. From 2004 to 2006, the Materials Director in J.W. Construction Holding S.A. From 2004 to 2006, the President of the Management Board of Klub Sportowy Omega Warszawa sports club. From 2002 to 2006, the Liquidator of Abimel Trading Sp. z o.o. From February 2006 to October 2007, a Member of the Management Board and the Customer Service Division Head in J.W. Construction Holding S.A. In 2008, the Managing Director of Reescon Sp. z o.o. Since April 2008 he has been conducting business activity in the scope of business consultancy. He graduated with Master’s degree from the Private School of Business and Administration (Prywatna Szkoła Businessu i Administracji) in Warsaw. In 2006, he completed Executive MBA course in the Wielkopolska Business School at Poznan University of Economics.
Mr. Robert Wójcik – The Member of Management
He has been performing the function of the Vice-President since 2008. Since 2007, he has also been the President of JW Projekt Sp. z o.o., a design company span off from J.W. Construction Holding S.A. His professional links with J.W. Construction Holding S.A. date back to 2002. Mr. Wójcik has received university education in Civil Engineering Constructions. He graduated with M.Sc. degree from the Civil Engineering Faculty of Kielce University of Technology (Politechnika Świętokrzyska) and completed post-graduate study at the Management and Marketing Faculty at the University of Management and Marketing (Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Marketingu) in Warsaw.
Mr. Wojciech Rajchert - The Member of Management
Assigned to the position of the Director Plenipotentiary in Investment Realization Division in 2004 and in 2006 to the position of the Member of Management. Obtained master degree in civil engineering specialised in the scope of construction and engineering structures in Białystok University of Technology. In 2003 obtained unlimited building licence.
Ms. Irmina Łopuszyńska - The Member of Management
Member of the Executive Board since 2011. Currently she is also a Member of the Executive Board at J.W. Consulting Sp. z o.o. (since August 2011) and a Member of the Supervisory Board at J.W. Construction S.A. Since 1995 she has been an Accountant, a Chief Accountant Deputy and currently a Chief Accountant at J.W. Construction Holding S.A. Ms. Irmina Łopuszyńska has obtained a degree in accounting. In 2004 she graduated from The Polish Open University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Management and Entrepreneurship, specializing in Finance Management. What is more, she completed a course for candidates for chief accountants as well as a training concerning: accounting principles, financial and accounting service for companies and tax system. In 2010 she obtained an accountant’s certificate granted by the Minister of Finance, no. 41238/2010.
Ms. Bożena Malinowska - The Member of Management
Member of the Executive Board since 2011. Currently she is also the President of the Executive Board at J.W. Projekt Sp. z o.o. (since 2010). During 2006-2009 she performed the function of an Executive Board Member at J.W. Construction Holding S.A., during 2003-2008 – the Director of Contracts and Payments Department. She is a degree holder. She has obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics, specializing in organization and economics of enterprise. Moreover, she has obtained a master’s degree majoring in economics, specializing in Enterprise Management at the University of Economics in Warsaw.
Supervisory Board
Józef Kazimierz Wojciechowski - Chairman
Mr. Wojciechowski is the owner and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. He is also the President of the Management Board of WB Holding S.A., EHT S.A. and Famhold S.A. He ran a company in the developer & construction sector in the U.S. for 14 years. He graduated from the Higher School of Economics in Sopot, Florida Real Estate Academy and State Construction College Florida.
Józel Oleksy – Member
Mr. Oleksy has been a Member of the Supervisory Board since 2008. He graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Main School of Planning and Statistics, ”SGPiS” (at present, Warsaw School of Economics, ”SGH”). He studied at the European Faculty of Comparative Law in France and Italy. He obtained a Ph.D. in Economics. Functions performed previously by Mr. Oleksy include: Deputy to the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, Speaker of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, President of the Council of Ministers, Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration.
